The Figtree Property is located on the scenic and tranquil Island of Nevis (sister Island of St. Kitts) in the heart of the Caribbean. It consists of a house with a pool, a gazebo serving as a billiard room, and a beautiful stone built cottage. Both properties are sited well apart from each other on one and a half landscaped acres. The land was originally purchased from the Montpelier Plantation Inn and is located on the southern slope of Nevis Peak, overlooking the mountainside and the Caribbean sea at a distance. These charming picturesque houses are available for private rental, either separately or together.
